I am still active and independent. Why would I move to The Village
at Germantown?
Our apartments and patio homes provide the opportunity for active
and independent senior adults to enjoy their current lifestyles
while relieving the burden of home maintenance and putting their
minds at ease for the future.
If you are still undecided, do what many of our future residents
have done. They visited other retirement communities and asked
these questions: What is the setting like? How close is the community
to my favorite activities? Who is on the development and management
team and how much experience have they had? What are the amenities?
May I have a pet? Is there on-site health care? In the end, our
future residents decided nothing could compare to the quality,
value and excellence of The Village at Germantown.
What is a CCRC (Continuing Care
Retirement Community)?
A CCRC offers residents a continuum of care, including independent
