Rebecca Cullison is the president of Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital, a 319-bed, full service hospital with nearly 1900 employees, 500 physicians and 19,000 annual admissions. She began her career with Methodist in 2004 as an administrative resident after graduate school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Over the years she has held numerous positions with increasing responsibilities, and was named vice president in 2012. She left this role to become the chief executive officer of The Village at Germantown, an affiliate of Methodist. Rebecca was then named president of Methodist Germantown Hospital in 2018. The Memphis Business Journal named Rebecca in their Top 40 Under 40 awards in 2019.
In the community, Rebecca is a member of the City of Germantown CEO Council and the Bobby Lanier Farm Park Board, has served as a board member of the Briarcrest Christian School PTF, and the co-chair for the Methodist Healthcare annual United Way campaign. She has served as an executive board member for Leadership Germantown, and was a member of the Houston High School Health & Technology Advisory Council, and has coached Germantown Girls Youth Softball. Rebecca is married to optometrist Chad Cullison of Cullison Eye Care in Collierville. They have two children, Ella and Henry.

A native Memphian, John graduated from Baylor University in 1987, followed by Medical school at the University of Tennessee. His residency took place at Campbell Clinic, with an additional year of fellowship training at Mayo Clinic. In 2015, he received his MBA from the McAfee School of Business at Union University. Presently, John is a professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
Leadership positions include chairman of the Surgery Department at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Collierville, and Board of Directors for the Campbell Foundation and Campbell Clinic, Inc. He is a member of Bellevue Baptist Church where he serves as a deacon and community group leader. John and his wife Jodie have three children and four grandchildren. Outside interests include working outdoors at their home, restoring automobiles, and exercising.

Mitch has been with West Cancer Center since 2019 and has over 30 years in healthcare leadership positions. Prior to joining West, he was CEO of HealthChoice, LLC. Throughout his career, he has focused on improving the health of the community as well as the patient’s experience.
Mitch currently serves as the board chairman for Memphis Light, Gas and Water, as well as serving as board member for Qsource and Grace St. Luke’s School Alumni. Additionally, Mitch serves on the Church Health Center’s finance committee and is a member and former board Vice President of the Economic Club of Memphis.
At the local level, Mitch has previously served on the boards of Christian Brothers University (Chairman), United Methodist Neighborhood Centers (Chairman), Revenue Assurance, Precision Infusion, Alliance Health Service, Community Care Associates, First Eight Memphis, and Methodist Federal Credit Union. On a national level, he previously served as a member of United Healthcare’s Executive Advisory Council and Cigna’s National Health Care Advisory Council.
As a life-long Memphian, Mitch has always been active in his community. In 2015, he served as co-chairman of Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland’s transition team. For the past 9 years, Mitch and his wife have served as hosts for Hospice Night Life’s event, while raising over $1,000,000. In 2018, Mitch was nominated and selected for Leadership Tennessee’s Class VI which he completed in 2019.
Mitch graduated from Christian Brothers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and economics. He was awarded Christian Brothers University’s Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2012 and later became the university’s Chairman of the Board of Trustees in August 2013. Mitch was voted into Christian Brothers High School’s Hall of Fame and inducted in 2015. In 2018, he was awarded Grace St. Luke’s School’s GSL Outstanding Alumnus of the Year. Mitch attends Grace St. Luke’s Church where he previously served on the vestry. He is married and has one daughter.

Bill Greene recently retired as Chief Pharmaceutical Officer, Vice-Chair, and Member, Department of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He held this position since joining St. Jude in 2007. Bill was responsible for assuring optimal therapeutic and research outcomes of all medication therapy and drug-related clinical trials provided for the high-risk patient populations served by St. Jude.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. He completed residency training at Duke University Hospital. Prior to joining St. Jude, Bill served as the leader for clinical pharmacy services at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis for fifteen years. Bill served as a part-time faculty member in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy with the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy – teaching both in the clinical setting and in the classroom.
At a national level, Bill has served as member and Chair of the Pharmacotherapy Specialty Council for the Board of Pharmacy Specialties, has been a consultant to the FDA/CDER Office of Surveillance and Epidemiology, has held several committee appointments within the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) and American College of Clinical Pharmacists (ACCP), and has served as a volunteer surveyor for pharmacy residency program accreditation. Bill is recognized as a Fellow of both of these organizations.
Within the state of Tennessee, Bill has been President and member of the Board of Directors for both the Tennessee Society of Health System Pharmacists and Tennessee Pharmacists Association.
Bill and his wife Cheryl have been residents of the Memphis area since 1982 and have lived in Germantown since 1985. Bill was very active with Kirby Woods Baptist Church from 1982 through 2019, and they are now members of Collierville First Baptist Church.

Jean is the Relationship Manager for the Not for Profit & Government portfolio at Truist in Memphis, TN. Her professional career in the financial services industry spans 40 years with the last 30 years in the greater Memphis market. Clients include not-for-profits, private, charter, higher ed and public schools, religious organizations, foundations, not-for-profit hospital and medical related entities, continuing care facilities, and local municipal governments. These clients depend on her expertise in financing solutions including, but not limited to, taxable and tax-exempt loans, privately held bonds, lines of credit, construction financing, new market tax credit enhancements, and public financing, investment strategies to maximize earnings and integrity of investments, and treasury solutions. Jean earned Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from Lindenwood College in St. Charles, MO. She is active in the community with board responsibilities with Leadership Memphis and the United Way of the Mid-South.

Steve is a native Memphian and a 3rd-generation physician. He is a 1982 graduate of Memphis University School and 1986 graduate of Rhodes College. He then entered medical school and went on to an internal medicine residency at University of Alabama (UAB). After serving as chief medical resident for an additional year, he completed his infectious disease fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and served as an instructor at Harvard Medical School.
Since 1997, he has been in infectious disease clinical practice with his brother, Dr. Michael Threlkeld, and Dr. Imad Omer. He is currently the medical director of Infectious Diseases for the Baptist Hospital system and a past president of the medical staff, as well as on the medical staff of Methodist Hospital. He serves on the American Board of Internal Medicine education committee that oversees the creation of the infectious disease board certification exam.
Steve is married to Ginger and they are parents to Colin and Blair. He is a lifelong member of 2nd Presbyterian Church where he has served as deacon and Chair of the Physician Committee. He is also a past member of the Board of Trustees of Presbyterian Day School. He is the son of Colin and Martha Threlkeld who made the Village of Germantown their home in 2009. On the rare occasion he has time off, he enjoys traveling, fly fishing and photography.

Mike was most recently a senior partner in the Memphis office of KPMG, one of the Big 4 international public accounting firms. In that role, he led financial statement audits and audits of internal control, and provided business advisory services, to a wide range of businesses in size, industry and geographic scope including multi-billion dollar public companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies. Mike has a deep knowledge of capital markets transactions, private equity fundings and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters.
At KPMG, he was a member of KPMG’s Partnership Audit Committee having served as chairman in 2019 and 2020. Prior to KPMG, he was a senior financial consultant with International Paper Company and a partner with Arthur Andersen.
Mike has a B.S. from Ouachita Baptist University and an MBA from Louisiana Tech University. He is a CPA licensed in Tennessee and Arkansas (currently inactive). He is active in civic/charitable organizations in Memphis and the Mid-South with, among others, The Baddour Center, Memphis College of Art, the Memphis Zoological Society, and New Memphis Institute.
He is married with three children. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife.

Mike is the Chief Executive Officer of The Village at Germantown, in Germantown, Tennessee.
Mike began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co, an international CPA firm, where he served as Senior Manager in Audit & Business Advisory Services. As such, he provided professional services to clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, distribution, and retail. He was heavily involved in Andersen’s mergers and acquisitions practice, including negotiation of transactions, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
Prior to joining The Village at Germantown, Mike spent nearly twenty years with Peabody Hotel Group, a division of Belz Enterprises in Memphis, where he served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. At Peabody, Mike oversaw the accounting, finance, purchasing, audit, and IT functions of a company which included up to ten hotels, 3,300 rooms and 2,500 employees. Mike was involved in Peabody’s acquisition, development, and divestiture activities, as well as managing Peabody’s lender relationships. Mike was also involved in various roles in the time share and construction industries.
Mike received a BS degree in accounting from Arkansas State University and an MBA degree from The University of Memphis. He is a certified public accountant, licensed in Tennessee and Arkansas. Mike is a member of the City of Germantown Mayor’s CEO Council, as well as Leading Age, the American Institute of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, and the Arkansas Society of CPAs. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Leading Age Tennessee. Mike is former Chairman of the Finance Committee of The American Hotel and Lodging Association and board member of The Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals Association. He has served as a lecturer and panelist in numerous industry seminars and as an adjunct professor at The University of Memphis.
While Mike entered the senior living field later in his career, he has always had a passion for seniors. He finds the senior living industry to be highly rewarding and fulfilling, and enjoys participating with Village residents in their daily lives.
Mike, his wife, Holly, and their canine daughter, Lexie, live in East Memphis. Holly is retired from the practice of law. They have two adult children who live in Chicago. Mike and Holly are active members of Kirby Woods Baptist Church in Memphis, where Mike serves as Trustee. He has previously served as Chairman of the Finance and Personnel Committees.
