Building Up & Filling Up: Our New Apartments

Lately at The Village at Germantown, there is one word that can sum up our days: busy!

While there is always something going on in our buildings – from art classes to field trips, Margarita Mondays to movie nights – we have even more to be excited for in the coming months.

As we draw closer to the holiday season and the new year, we also make our way toward some new, highly-anticipated additions to our community.

Expanding and Updating

Around The Village, we are always taking steps to improve our offerings and surroundings. Over the next few weeks, we will even be improving our common areas and gardens. These little touches are simple ways that we can make our residents and their families feel right at home.

Along with these general maintenance projects, there is much more happening at The Village.

Over the past year, The Village at Germantown has grown significantly in our activities, size, and level of care. With the opening of our Enrichment Center earlier this year, we have been able to provide even more services to our residents, based on the many unique interests and needs of each person here.

Since these upgrades have been made, The Village was poised to do something it has not done since its opening in 2005: create a new building and accept new residents.

Phase 3: What To Expect

Known as Phase 3, the new building is moving along in the construction process, with an expected opening date in Spring 2017.

Our new apartments have been getting a lot of buzz lately. Already, we have sold 23 of the available 32 apartments! There is a reason these beautiful spaces are going so quickly.
